This program will teach young individuals between the ages of 10 and 16 how to work out safely and
learn to execute exercises with proper technique. He/She will also gain confidence, improve self-esteem
and have fun!
He/She will be guided by a Certified Personal Trainer during the 6 week program, and will take
part in cardiovascular training, resistance training, flexibility training and core strength. Prior to
entering this program, individuals must have a fitness assessment completed.
