welcome to LoriJo Studio

This program is designed specifically for those whose primary goal is weight loss. We combine cardiovascular training, resistance training, core strengthening, and you will also learn to live a healthier lifestyle. Our Certified Personal Trainers will guide you every step of the way. To participate in this program, individuals must meet certain criteria. Nutritional coaching, guidance & suggestions will be given during your program, to assist you in attaining your goals. Prior to entering this program, individuals must have a fitness assessment completed. This group is a maximum of 6 women.

We have a variety of times available to meet your schedule.

If you would prefer to train with your friends and have a minimum of 4 people contact us for reservations! Call now to avoid disappointment as times are limited!

These 6 week group weight loss programs for women are 3 days per week.
