This program is designed specifically for those whose primary goal is weight loss. We combine
cardiovascular training, resistance training, core strengthening, and you will also learn to live a
healthier lifestyle. Our Certified Personal Trainers will guide you every step of the way. To participate
in this program, individuals must meet certain criteria. Nutritional coaching, guidance & suggestions will
be given during your program, to assist you in attaining your goals. Prior to entering this program,
individuals must have a fitness assessment completed. This group is a maximum of 6 women.
We have a variety of times available to meet your schedule.
