This program is designed for the busy women’s lifestyle. You can never be too busy to take
care of what is most important in your life – YOU!
We combine cardiovascular training, resistance training and flexibility training.
Nutritional coaching, guidance & suggestions will be given during your program, to assist you
in attaining and maintaining your health & fitness goals. Prior to entering this program,
individuals must have a fitness assessment completed
Twice a week for 6 weeks –. We have a variety of times available to fit your schedule This group
is a maximum of 6 women.
