LoriJo Boot Camp is a 4 week (6 days per week) fitness & exercise program that will help you achieve
your goalS. You will lose inches, LOSE WEIGHT, tone your muscles, increase your energy, reduce your stress
and feel great about yourself.
You will be guided by our fitness professionals every step of the way! We combine cardiovascular
training, core stability & strengthening, & resistance training. This program is designed for women who
are looking for results fast in a shorter time period. Nutritional suggestions will be given during
your program. Prior to entering this program, individuals
must have a fitness assessment completed
This group is a maximum of 4 to 6 women.
